Member Protection
Member Protection Policy
The main objective of UWA Volleyball Club’s Member Protection Policy is to maintain responsible behaviour and the making of informed decisions by members and other participants in this club. It outlines our commitment to a person’s right to be treated with respect and dignity, and to be safe and protected from discrimination, harassment and abuse. Our policy informs everyone involved in our club of his or her legal and ethical rights and responsibilities and the standards of behaviour that are expected of them. It also covers the care and protection of children participating in our club’s activities.

Complaints and Member Protection Officer
UWA Volleyball Club tries to treat all its members fairly and safely, but we recognize that we may not always meet our members expectations. If you have any complaints or grievances, we believe the first method should be to speak with the club members involved to sort out your issue.
If you need to take the complain further, or you would rather talk about the issue privately, our Member Protection Officer for 2021 is Sophie Churack. You can contact her through Facebook or by phone: 0403851254.
If you would like to submit a formal complain, please submit it to our Member Protection Officer. Please note all formal complaints will be dealt with first by our Member Protection Officer, and if needed, taken directly to the committee.
